When choosing your shipping method, remember that orders without embroidery may take up to 3-5 business days to process and then will be shipped. Orders with embroidery may take 7-10 business days to process and then will be shipped.
For Screenprinting services add 10-14 business days for production.
Rush Services are usually available for an additional charge. Refer to the Rush Services department for specific charges.

IMPORTANT ! Shipping methods are not relevant to availability of stock and/or production time of custom items. Please Contact Us regarding your order if you need to receive it by a certain date. We can advise you if we can meet your "Must Have" date and if any rush charges will apply.

We will usually ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) OR USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping within USA. Shipping to a business address is always preferred, but residential addresses are acceptable. We do not offer thrird party billing for shipping charges.

IMPORTANT: Bad or Incomplete Address
Please take care in providing your shipping address. Customers who provide a bad address or incomplete address are subject to a surcharge of $2.95 to $15.00 depending on the circumstances. If you place an order with our company, you agree to this additional charge if it applies. If you want to make sure that you are submitting a correct shipping address, call UPS or USPS.

Delivery Intercept: Should you request that your package be re-routed via UPS Delivery Intercept, an additional charge of $20.00 will be charged to your credit card for this service, and your package will not be guaranteed for on-time delivery. Should you request this service you agree to the additional charges.

Shipping charges are determined by weight, distance, and time. A minimum $2.95 handling fee IS INCLUDED in the shipping charges that you are quoted. This handling fee covers any additional surcharges that are assessed for packaging materials, etc.

 

The customer will be charged 50% of the order plus shipping and handling under any of the following conditions: If the customer refused the order, if the customer didn't pick up the order, or if the order was returned because 3 attempts for delivery were made. Custom items are charged at 100% plus shipping and handling.

Regular Ground Shipping in the Continental USA
Ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days but is NOT guaranteed.

3 Day Shipping
This method guarantees delivery in 3 business days.

2nd Day Air
This method guarantees delivery in 2 business days.

Next Day Air
This method guarantees delivery the next business day. 

We reserve the right to use other shipping methods at our discretion, without notice. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise caused by the carrier. Claims must be made within 3 business days and you must contact us at 702-233-4418. 

 

Insurance is optional and can be requested by calling us when the order is placed. If insurance is requested, charges will be added at the rate of 35 cents per $100 value.

We will not be liable in any event for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of income, or any other reason whatsoever whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred.

We will not be liable for loss, damage, destruction, delay, theft, mis-delivery, non-delivery, or any other result.

We will not be liable for any damage caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority in the premises, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, labor disturbances, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war.
