We DO NOT Ship to a PO BOX OR APO/FPO address. Orders MUST BE PROCESSED before they can be shipped: Orders WITH NO Embroidery take 3-5 business days to process and then will be shipped. Orders WITH Embroidery take 7-10 business days to process and then will be shipped. In other words, ADD the above Processing Time to whatever Shipping Method you choose to determine when you will receive your order. EXAMPLE: Don't assume that you will receive your order in 3 days just because you selected 3-Day Shipping. DON'T FORGET THE PROCESSING TIME ! If you need to receive your order sooner, you may need to order our Rush Service from the Rush Services department. The day your order ships, a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email address that you enter in the "Ship To" section below on the left. Sorry, we DO NOT ship to a PO BOX or an APO/FPO address. We only ship within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. It is better to have your order shipped to a business address, but a residential address is fine. IMPORTANT! The "Bill To" address MUST match the Billing Address for the credit card. It does not have to match the "Ship To" address, it has to match the "Bill To" address. If it does not match, we will notify you via email within 24 hours that your order is cancelled. This is now required by the credit card companies to protect against fraud.
