IMPORTANT ! Shipping methods are not relevant to
availability of stock and/or production time of custom
items. Please

need to receive it by a certain date. We can advise you
if we can meet your "Must Have" date and if any rush
charges will apply.
We will use our choice of shipping method; usually UPS
(United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal
Service). Shipping to a business address is always
preferred, but a residential address is acceptable. UPS
shipping rates are charged, regardless of the shipping
carrier that is used. Refunds for shipping charges or any
part thereof are not refundable and we will not use your
shipping account for shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: Bad or Incomplete Address
Please take care in providing your shipping address.
Customers who provide a bad address or incomplete address
are subject to a surcharge of $2.95 to $15.00. If you
place an order with our company, you agree to this
additional charge if it applies. If you want to make sure
that you are submitting a correct shipping address, call
UPS at 1-800-PickUPS.
Shipping charges are determined by weight, distance,
and time. If you place your order through the website,
you will come to the page with a drop-down menu so you
can see what the charges are before you make your
selection. If you place your order by phone, mail, or
FAX, we do not know what the shipping charges are until
your order ships out. However, if you want to know what
your shipping charges will be, just go through the
on-line ordering process as if you were placing the
order. Before you get to the final step, you will see a
drop-down menu with shipping choices and prices for you
to select from. A handling fee of $2.95 or more IS
INCLUDED in the displayed shipping charges. This handling
fee covers any additional fuel surcharges that are
assessed by UPS, packaging materials, etc.

The customer will be charged 50% of the order plus
shipping and handling under any of the following
conditions: If the customer refused the order, if the
customer didn't pick up the order, or if the order was
returned because 3 attempts for delivery were made.
Custom items are charged at 100% plus shipping and
handling.

Regular Ground
Ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days but is
NOT guaranteed.
3 Day Shipping
This method guarantees delivery in 3 business days.
2nd Day Air
This method guarantees delivery in 2 business days.
Next Day Air
This method guarantees delivery the next business day.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be shown the
shipping prices prior to completing your purchase.
International Shipping
Before placing your order, please visit the UPS website
for restrictions, limitations, and available shipping
methods to your country.
We reserve the right to use other shipping methods at
our discretion, without notice. We will not be
responsible for damaged merchandise caused by the
carrier. Claims must be made within 3 business days and
you must contact UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. They will decide
if the goods were damaged in shipping and their
decision is final. Insurance is optional and can be
requested by calling us when the order is placed. If
insurance is requested, charges will be added at the
rate of 35 cents per $100 value.
We will not be liable in any event for any special,
incidental, or consequential damages, including but not
limited to loss of profits or loss of income, or any
other reason whatsoever whether or not we had knowledge
that such damages might be incurred.
We will not be liable for loss, damage, destruction,
delay, theft, mis-delivery, non-delivery, or any other
result.
We will not be liable for any damage caused by Acts of
God, perils of the air, public enemies, public
authorities acting with actual or apparent authority in
the premises, authority of law, quarantine, riots,
strikes, labor disturbances, air traffic control delays,
disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due
to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters,
civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a
state of war.
